Most custom framing orders are ready in about two to three weeks, depending on the frame style and materials. We will give you a time estimate when you place your order, and we will contact you as soon as your piece is ready for pickup.

Walk-ins are always welcome during business hours — Wednesday through Sunday. If you would like dedicated one-on-one time with a framing specialist, you can also schedule a free in-store design consultation through our website.

We offer standard framing glass as well as an upgraded museum glass with UV protection and almost no glare. Museum glass is a popular choice for art, photos, and documents you want to protect and display without reflections.

Pricing depends on the size of your piece and the frame, mat, and glass you choose. With more than 3,000 frame styles we can work within a range of budgets — bring your piece in and we will put together options at different price points.

Giclée is high-resolution, archival inkjet printing on fine-art paper or canvas — the standard for art reproductions and photography because of its rich, accurate color and long print life. We print giclée in-house, from small prints up to large-format pieces, and can finish them with custom framing or canvas stretching.

Yes — bring it in and we will look at it together. We regularly frame delicate pieces like aged documents and sheet music, as well as objects, fabric, and memorabilia, choosing mounting and glass options that display your piece while protecting it from further wear.
